Ellen Allien performed a unique show of light, shadow and techno beats livestreamed from Kraftwerk Berlin.
The whole event was climate neutral as E.ON compensated for its CO2 emission by partnering with PLANT-MY-TREE®, who will plant the according amount of trees in a wood close to Berlin.

I have been following her for several years. But these last two years in particular, since the pandemic, from her balcony to now, she is at her best. How happy I am to listen to an artist who, despite the passing years, stays so positive and modern, builds such talented sets by referring to the history of techno while not staying in the past at the same time. She embodies the techno spirit we love. Music - art - when transmitted in a such beautiful and elegant way, helps us to live better I guess. MERCI ELLEN. From Paris with

Couldn't agree more! I follow her since Stadtkind on the early 00's and felt with time she got lost. Saw her live in 2016 and felt that this wasn't the Ellen I loved to listen. Glad the last two years made her come back with a lucid vision of her skills and present us with the most awesome set's ever. This is a lesson for everyone, keep working, keep improving and you'll become a LEGEND

I totally agree! I like her older stuff but her recent sets are genius, I guess she mastered her craft to perfection. I was at her set in Warsaw recently and she was crazy good. You can tell she truly loves to DJ and is so passionate about it

Good lord. I keep telling myself I need to visit Berlin. It’ll happen, I can promise myself that. But I now feel the need to plan any trip around a set by Ellen. Everything I see by her is fantastic! This being no exception. What a space and the sound is otherworldly.

@middleclassic Go and look up sets by @Avalon Emerson, @Reka and @Zanias. You will probably be able to see them at Berghain quite frequently. Not sure about @Charlotte de Witte as she is not based in Berlin afaik.
