I loved the English national team this summer, because it was not diverse. It reminded me of the place I dreamed of coming to live....With English people. And I'm not English but a foreigner. I do not need to see people who look like me to be inspired, if I want to see people who look like me. I can go to the parts of the world where they are. I do not want to go to Japan and see German people everywhere, what the hell was the point of coming to Japan then? You get it. Diversity is destruction of homogeneity.

Moron, sport is meant be about the best athletes and if the England team is all white due to the English FA not scouting and developing black girls from the big diverse cities then it isn’t the best players or meritocracy. What is silly the WSL send more money buying foreign white players and if they spent that money in developing English black girls they would get superior players than they are importing. Look and Lyon the dominant team in Europe with the most Champions League wins, they only have 3 white players in the team, the rest are African descendant players. That is why I cannot take women’s football serious because they have clearly excluded black girls who would raise the standards. It is basically the NBA before they let the black players into the league

About what kind of diversity You are talking about with the english soccer-diva? LGB-people belong to human history, but nothing else. Anything else is a lie. No one wants to see Trans- or Queer-players in women's soccer.

Most of the English team are queer… this is an issue of race stop making everything an excuse to hate on the lgbtq+ community.

@@jordanantonia5422 Of course not. In women's soccer are many lesbian women, which is another meaning than queer. The L stands for lesbian, not queer. You are the kind of people, who mistreat homosexuals in favour of the interests of the QT+ mafia. This is an unbelievable affront against a natural minority. Shame on you.

@@hajoos.8360 I’m literally gay. I must have misread your comment and I apologise for that, all diversity is important but the issue that they’re referring to is a race issue so that’s what we should be taking about.

@@hajoos.8360 also I know what queer means and I stand by that, many of them identify as queer AND lesbian. Not just lesbian.

@@jordanantonia5422 No problem, 3-5 %, in South-East-Asia a little bit more, of a population are LGB, means gay or homosexual or bi. The 2 greatest visual artists of all times, Leonardo and Micheangelo were more or less gay. In the same percentage i have gay relatives. The Rainbow-flag or the 1-love-captains-armband are a bigott hypocrisy. Nobody, who thinks, wants trans- or queer people in women's sports. This would be the death of women's sports. And both captain's armbands do not represent the majority of heterosexual people like me. This is an unbelievable discrimination of straight people and no one is opposing this. A country's flag as a captain's armband represents everyone, anyway which sexual focus is present. You know, i have no interest in diversity. There is no diversity. If gay people want to be accepted as "normal", they should not establish a pop-cult or a political content about their private life, like Sir Ian McKellen is doing this. Why anyone cares about the private life of others? Or do you want that straight people should start lobby-work to enforce their political interests?
