And I figured out that the dumb rules were the enemies way of enslaving and a way for people to make themselves seem holy for those that took pride in striving to keep all the man made rules.

When I took a trip to Amish country PA they explained that they were to be separate from the world as it says in the Bible, so they were not allowed to depend on things of the world or be connected to it. That was the explanation for the electricity issue. They said they could use generators as long as it wasn’t connected to the grid.
There are so many girls in bondage in the Amish community. An occult religion Always makes rules on the women/girls while the guys ride down the road hair blowing in the wind and his precious wife is all bound up. We have lots of Amish in West Tennessee.
The Amish (at least some sects) are very hard on their animals. Often their horses are very heavily used and sent to slaughter when aged. There are rescue groups who save those they can and the horses can have open sores, and be very thin. "A righteous man regards the life of his animal..." Proverbs 12:10

I think Amish are either Swiss German or Dutch.
