I think other than Nick, Robyn really grew from her last season and it showed. Even though her performance was spotty, her overall attitude and communication skills were a lot better and I was kinda rooting for her tbh.

It of course probably didn't hurt with the fact that Millie, Nick, and Michelle were all from the same season and had been down that road before: competing both against and for each other. They cooked alongside each other for two full seasons at that point, each of them all knew they have each other's back no matter which of the three made it to being one of the two finalists.

I know this is all about hating Elise, but Ben's team was giving great vibes in his meeting

it's just how Elise is, she is super salty that she didn't make it, on top that the 1 chef she constantly wrote off as "weak" basically made it to the finals but she didn't. it's as Nick said, she's 30 and needs to grow up, if anyone should be salty AF it would be Nick, concidering he basically got robbed a finalist spot, but still goes in and gives 200% to Michelle instead.

And when you have a worse attitude than Lacey, that's saying something. You can argue that Lacey was in over her head, and bullied. She was negative. Elise was a bully, and talked down to everyone, and played catty games. I can feel some sympathy for Lacey, who should have never been on the show to begin with. She should not be as hated as Elise. Elise is just a diva.

tbf Barbie made many disrespectful remarks to her team (especially to Robyn), was inconsistent and also skipped punishment, so I feel some (not all) of her treatment was warranted.

Benjamin was exuding leadership qualities throughout the prep. Kudos. You could tell which team had been motivated to achieve excellency.

I know I've expressed multiple times that I don't like Dana, but that was absolutely unnecessary of Elise to throw a glove in her face when Dana didn't even do anything to her.

Seeing that flashback of season 7 made me wish Jason as sous chef during all stars, I would've loved to see how he would've commended the blue team

Robyn matured so much. You'd think she would hold a grudge against Benjamin but she openly says "This is about him and I will help him WIN"... Elise on the other hand is a mentally stunted 15y old and peaked in highschool ^^ Which surprises absolutely no one. People that defend her behaviour are a red flag factory.

Elise is the worst kind of toxic you could ever want in your life. I saw this season and loved when even Gordon chewed her out during the final service, saying "this isn't about you"... She could surpass Ramsay in the kitchen, but I would never hire her. The atmosphere she would create would destroy the kitchen. Gordon was tough when he ran his kitchens in the UK, but he was also fair. He stomped on those who weren't up to par, and elevated and mentored those who were. That's a leader.

If I was Michelle? I’d have ejected Elise during prep. You don’t need to be managing someone else’s poor attitude whilst also trying to manage a high pressure, make-or-break dinner service. She’s got Nick, she’s got Milly, both of whom are phenomenal Chefs. And she’s got Dana. That’s all you need. Boot her.

I honestly think that Michelle won because of Elise, how odd that may sound. Ramsay knows how tough it can be to have Elise on her team, he also 100% knows the conflict between the 2, he also knows that Elise simply doesn't work well under leadership. (if she could talk back to Ramsay, she 100% would, but she knows if she does that 1. her chance of getting the job is gone and 2. Ramsay would kick her down a few pegs) So seeing how Michelle handels an element in the team that is extremely disruptful and completing dinner service in a good time basically handed her the win. Meanwhile Benjamin only had 1 wildcard on her team, Barbie. which he is kinda right, if you don't talk down to Barbie, she will generally perform better, which is bad in itself since she would 100% see criticism as talking down on her. But Ben had no real trouble elements, Van, Robyn and jennifer are all solid and Barbie as well if she gets over herself or has special treatment.

ngl it's hard to keep watching with Nick out of the running. This happened years ago, and it still feels bad, man

I just can’t get over that smirk on Elise’s face when Michelle is talking about everyone having each other’s backs but Elise is in it for herself

Benjamin was not my favourite but I really respect how he's been acting especially near the end of this season. Here he decided to treat his team with respect instead of losing his head if there were issues, and even took example from when he was in their shoes and Jay was in his. I still wish Nick had won over both Benjamin and Michelle but my opinion of Benjamin improved quite a bit lately.

Good thing to see was Benjamin accepting criticism on his menu and changing it. If you remember in Season 7 the last time he had control of a menu, he took the entirety of the team menu and refused to change anything about it.

I straight up feel like they brought Elise back for the ratings. That’s the only reason she’s there.

Nick mainly because Benjamin has had his moments of being way too laidback at times. I mean earlier on Ramsay had to criticize Benjamin for his lack of voice on the line and plus he couldn’t kick Robyn out and he let her back in.
