Even over one of my favorite actors > Gary Oldman etc., compared to their roles, TIMOTHÉE did by faarrr MUCH, MUCH much better in his role as Elio in CMBYN! 🌅🏆💜❤️💜 very sadly, they often go ‘by age of the actor’ & since Gary Oldman has still never WON an Oscar - they ‘gave it to him..’ since Timothée had just barely turned 22 at the time & still has “more chances to win an Oscar..” > which is total BS though! But that’s how it goes! Same for Saoirse Ronan! She didn’t win her well deserved Oscars over the ‘older Actresses’ either. 🥺☹️

I remember being 24 and having my own Elio. Some summers you just don't ever forget. This movie did not disappoint a bit, their chemistry, body language and the way they looked into each other's eyes. Rawr!! 🐯

This film was a masterpiece, both in its photography and acting. But while it entertained and titilated, it also broke our hearts by the end.

Only seen this movie lately, it's a beautiful love story. Great scenery fantastic acting and definitely the two best looking guys I've seen in a long time. So looking forward to the sequel.

Η ταινία Pride, έχει περισσότερη αληθοφάνεια. Η ταινία Morris είναι της βικτωριανής εποχής που ο Όσκαρ Ουάιλντ καταδικαζόταν σε φυλάκιση, το ίδιο και ο Βερλαίν. Τα ερωτήματα που μου γεννά εμένα η ταινία πέρα από την αισθητική της είναι ο ρόλος της Μαφάλντα, είναι συνεχώς στην κουζίνα και περιποιείται τους πάντες. Μήπως είναι η ίδια η Τέχνη; Ο ρόλος και η επίδραση της μάγισσας ελεύθερης μάνας, που είναι σαν να σπρώχνει τον μικρό σε αυτήν την εμπειρία. Τα δευτερεύοντα πρόσωπα της ταινίας τι ρόλο παίζουν στην εξέλιξη του ερωτικού αυτού ειδυλλίου; Ο ρόλος της Ιστορίας της πρόσφατης και της παλαιότερης επίσης πόσο καθορίζει το βλέμμα των ηρώων; Πόσο ποδηγετεί τις αντιλήψεις τους. Που αρχίζει και συνεχίζεται το παιχνίδι της Ιστορίας και που το ανθρώπινων συναισθημάτων; Εκπληκτικά πλάνα, ωραία φωτογραφία, το φυσικό περιβάλλον βοηθά στην εδραίωση των πρωτόγνωρων αισθημάτων του πολύ νεαρού βρε παιδιά Έλιοτ. ένα πιτσιρίκι βουτηγμένο μέσα στα βιβλία και το διάβασμα που ξαφνικά αρχίζει να ψηλαφεί το σώμα του και να θωπεύει το κάλλος του άλλου. Θυμηθείτε οι κινηματογραφόφιλοι πως αρχίζει η ταινία "Η Οδύσσεια του Διαστήματος". Η μουσική επίσης είναι εκπληκτική. όλβιοι όσοι έζησαν παρόμοιες καταστάσεις και ας μην κράτησαν μέσα στον χρόνο. Εξάλλου, άλλους ερωτευόμαστε και αγαπάμε και με άλλους συνήθως κοιμόμαστε στο ίσιο κρεβάτι. Πάντως σε σχέση με αυτά τα χαζοχαρούμενα αμερικάνικα Homossexoual love Story, τους δακρύβρεχτους έρωτες καταπιεσμένων υπάρξεων, η ταινία άξιζε περισσότερα όσκαρ. Τα έλαβε όμως από το κοινό θέλω να πιστεύω. Ο μάγος Άιβορυ έκανε για μια ακόμα φορά το θαύμα του. Και μια σημείωση τα γράμματα του Τζών Κιτς του αγγλου ρομαντικού ποιητή είναι για την Φάννυ και όχι τον Φάννυ. Το παρόν βίντεο είναι ωραίο καθώς και η μουσική που το συνοδεύει.
