Wow! Thank you for this! God woke me up this morning talking to me about the “eyes of Elisha” and I decided to watch a video while I got ready for my day. Holy Spirit spoke directly to me through this video!

Don’t let people talk you out of what God put in your heart. Don’t let experts convince you that it’s not going to happen. They don’t know what God has put in you. They can’t see the seeds of greatness on the inside. You have the most powerful force in the universe breathing in your direction. God has the final say over your dreams. People may have discouraged you, but what He promised is on the way.

Just wondering. Why Is Elijah pronounced her E -lie-jah and Elisha is pronounced E-lee-sha. Also the j in Elijah is most likely pronounced like we would a Y. Personally I prefer the traditional American English E-lie-jah and E-lie-sha. It is at least consistent.

Actually in hebrew Elijah is spelled אליהו which is pronounced Eliyahu . Elisha is spelled אלישע which is pronounced elishă. The final a is pronounced by constricted the throat.

Elijah was translated just as Enoch was. They no longer have an earthly body that can die or perish

He didn't die before he was taken up but afterwards he was probably transformed...it's written that he went up in a whirlwind . Doesn't say the same as wen others passed on. Point being he went to heaven alive What happened afterward only god would know.

@@MP-ks1uw Enoch was taken by God and translated. In other words, his earthly form was done away with and will no longer revert back. He's not dead nor saw death. The same thing happened to Elijah. This follows the biblical principle of 1st mention.

I’m reading The Bible cronologically, and I’m at 2 Kings chapter 18, so Elijah had been taken to Heaven (chapter 2,) and Elisha has died (chapter 13.) These two prophets are super interesting to learn about, and I’m looking forward to watching this video.
