If u watch Unnies program. During vocal training she stated , her voice kinda thick compared other members so she always hold her voice or turn it into falsetto. Glad that her debut can show her true voice.

Well, it seems JYP sees potential in her and realizes putting her back in the trainee program at JYP is probably counterproductive. Some combination of continued vocal and dance training with some collaborations with established artists and variety projects is probably he way to go with her. Hopefully in a year or two, he will have some trainees that are ready to debut and will have a well-developed leader for them in Somi who will have a lot of experience to draw on in performing and variety and the kind of name recognition that can help separate a rookie girl group from the pack.
