Okay, this was terrifying to open, and aside from the solid advice-- can I make a joke how Rener’s acting knocked out at the end of these videos is just comic relief, not comedy, not a mockery but just funny. Much love to Gracie Crew for putting out these important videos..

@@Mobile-km1qi Pleases show us any surveillance footage, or bystander video of a woman successfully defeating or incapacitating a man by going "for the ballz". I have heard this for 40 years in the martial arts world, heard lots of stories...but never seen it in the wild or in real life video. If anyone knows of any video examples I would love to see them.
