Nice! I really like fresh flowers on a cake.

I don't use fresh flowers. I make sugar paste flowers. After I wrap the wires with floral tape I dip them in paraffin 2 times. It the same product that one would use to seal jelly and jams. It works great to encapsulate the wires.

Beautiful how long cake stay out at room temperature and I think people use white chocolate to dip the flowers stems
