Hormonal treatment to suppress ‘musth’ in male elephants results in behavioural changes and untimely aggression. Musth is a periodic condition in male elephants when a surge in reproductive hormones makes them aggressive. This condition can last a few weeks or months. The torture had killed 30 elephants since the 2018 census. Animal rights activist and secretary of Thrissur-based Heritage Animal Task Force V K Venkitachalam says all the deaths were due to torture and lack of food and care.👉 “Tethered to standing position for hours and deprived of proper rest and exercise, elephants suffer from arthritis, indigestion and wound infection. They also get injured when they eat non-fibrous palm fronds with sharp edges,” he says. According to a 2018 elephant census by the Forest Department, Kerala is home to 521 captive elephants. A majority of them are used for caparisoned parades during religious festivals and public events. ആനയാണെന്ന കാര്യം ഓർമ്മയിൽ . മദ്യം കഴിച്ച് ആ ജീവിയെ വേദനിപ്പിച്ചു കൊണ്ട് നിന്നാൽ "വാഴപ്പിണ്ടി" പോലെ ഇതാ കിടക്കും. വിട്ടുകാർക്ക് പോയി. ആനയ്ക്ക് പുതിയ ആൾ വരും അത് ആ ന ഉടമ തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കും' നിയമങ്ങൾ പാലിക്കുക. സമയത്ത് ഭക്ഷണം, ശുദ്ധമായ വെള്ളം കുടിക്കാൻ കൊടുക്കുക ആന പക മനുഷ്യനെക്കാൾ ഭയാനകം .സൂക്ഷിച്ചാൽ ദുഖിക്കേണ്ടല്ലോ

ദൈവവിശവാസവും ആചാരങ്ങളും ഒക്കെ നല്ലത് തന്നെ. എന്നൽ നിയന്ത്രിക്കാനാവാത്ത ഈ കൊടും ചൂടിൽ ഇത്രയും ജനങ്ങൾക്കിടയിൽ നിന്ന് ആനക്ക് എങ്ങനെ ശാന്തമായി നിലകൊള്ളാൻ പറ്റും. ഓരോ വർഷവും പഠിപ്പിക്കുന്ന പാഠം ഒരോ അനർഥങ്ങൾ കഴിയുമ്പോഴും എളുപ്പം മറക്കുന്നു. എത്ര ജീവനാണ് ഓരോ ഉത്സവത്തിന് പോലിയുന്നത്. നാശനഷ്ടങ്ങൾ വേറെയും. ഇതിനു പരിധി നിശ്ചയിച്ചു നിയമം വരുന്നത് നന്നായിരിക്കും

Both are animals

How long they can bear that loud noises. Their ears are sensitive. And if they wanted to smash us it will hardly take seconds to do so.
