Hi. thanks for the video! What in wanting to do is find a way to post blogs in to an existing page ive already built. That page has a sticky sidebar to the right and the page title over a back ground picture at the top. I want to post weekly blogs on to the left hand side of the page, to the left of the sidebar. I made the page with elementor. Everytime how to i post the blog in to a specific area of the page without adding all the individual widgets (blog title, text, post comments etc) each time? Can i make a template to just drop in each time, ready to be filled with content?

I think that would be something you would have to do in your Theme. There may be a plugin for it too.

what's different about it? it looks similar to others I have seen. When you have Elementor you will get those options added. Maybe it's because I have Gutenberg?

@@norozyali6133 Bearbeiten kann man die sogenannte "Sidebar" oder auch "Seitenleiste" im WordPress Dashboard unter Design - Widgets. Dort kann man sogenannte "Widgets" in die "Sidebar" geben. Leider bin ich noch am herausfinden wie man die einzelnen Widgets vom design her bearbeiten kann. Aber das ist bestimmt möglich. Um die Sidebar anzeigen zu können, muss man das bei den bestimmten Post/Seite einfach aktivieren.

Do you have to do that for EVERY blog past... Hope not.

no you dont thats the point of using template it is a predefined form to use on every post ;)

@@imedbenmabrouk3695 but it is a little bit different from real template as the "core" of the page is still the same so when you change the template the sites already using it will stay the same. This is more like reusable elementor blocks, which is nice, just not same thing.

A tip here guys, if you are completely new like me and following step by step and thinking why is my title showing and it's not in the vid, when you first go into Elementor you'll be presented with the widgets page, go to the very bottom on the left and click the gear icon slide it to hide title, the title will now be hidden and your screen will mirror what's on the vid except with a different image.

Once you need to edit the template, you would have to do that for every single post, if you have more than 10 posts things will get out of hand. So if you have more than 10 posts, don't follow this tutorial.

A comment section can be added with another plugin. Elementor is for designing posts. Just search WordPress plugins for comment add-ons. Disqus is a popular choice and keeps spam down.

You confused pages, posts and templates. You have the basis of some good stuff here but its messy
