Did you ever dream of Holmes and Watson becoming a couple at the end?
Elementary was, and will always be, my goddamn favorite show of all time. Period.
I am a huge Elementary fan, especially of the four main cast. BUT...I have never once wanted Holmes and Watson together on the show. I like the 'family' feels they have instead. They love each other, but are not in love with each other and I am glad they never went there.
Best detective show ever. Great acting, intricate plots. Intelligent writing , excellent direction . Just an amazing level of creativity. This show demonstrated what is possible. So sorry it ended.

Lucy Liu, is just perfect, Miller is so smart, in the role.
When they first meet Holmes seems to say something romantic to her but it turns out he's reading the lips of a character on the television screen behind her which caught her off guard.That set the tone of their relationship for the entire run of the series.
Watched this show years ago and Just finished watching this serious over the past months, it was so well written. This is my favorite iteration of Holmes. Such an amazing show.

Holmes and Watson should never be a couple ! That would completely run the integrity of the show .
I’m glad their relationship never became romantic, it would have ruined the show for me. I prefer their bond as friends/partners in how the show ended. It’s a strong bond as is and they don’t need to throw in romance to make it better.
