South Florida, where this house is located barely has cold days. 95% of the time it’s very warm. I’ve lived here for over 20 years.

Winter is cool, there's no snowing, if you are going to get out, you just need a little coat, but winter is so fresh in florida, not like pensilvania where you need to use 3 coats at the same time and you still being cold

During the day in the winter in FL is typically warm but it gets chilly / cold at night. Summer is hot in FL.
