The back window doesn't have any bars. The side windows do. Got a quote for over a 1000 to get bars for the back window so I didn't go ahead with it.

Cool video! I’m an electrician in Ireland, came across your videos as I was trying to find some NZ related electrical stuff as I’m thinking of heading out for a year or two! Not sure why but comments maybe turned off? Having to ask my question in the reply section, already subscribed and liked video. Did you fasten original brackets and other fasteners from base structure around ladders directly into van floor? Maybe you mentioned and I missed it but what was or original prep on the van floor before you put ladders in and attached any hardware. Would really like to adapt this system for my husband's truck for tools because those pull out slides are so very expensive and as you said tracks have issues sometimes and heat and cold affecting the performance of the slide. He has a pretty decent water tight tonneau cover and would work for storage of his tools. He does electrical but mostly computer IT wiring and has a lot of small pieces.

Weird, I don't know why your comments weren't showing up. I screwed directly into the metal van floor. But I think it's probably a better idea to ply line thre floor and screw to that. The play lining could be bolted in at a few points where the floor already has bolt fixing points.

Hi Alex, would you do a video about tiny home? I have seen many different ways of installation , also curious about earthing the metal sheet walls.

@@whatacoolguy4094 We've only just started doing the sandwich panel ones. We earth the trailer/metal frame they sit on. I also do the metal framing with a self tapping screw but that's additional to the bolt. I'll try and do a video about one.

Plumber here, i just came to cut an electrician's wires thats in the way of my pipes. LoL.. clean up after yourselves
