HI am having problems with my bits, they seem bigger than the whole I have to insert into.

You need to turn the piece on the handle like on the video. To open up the front. To remove and insert new bits

Urgently need help. I got client coming over in a few hrs

I got one like this and its not allowing me to put in another bit..

Please see how the bit gets change in the video. At first it's tricky and then once yiu figure it out it's easy

I did.. u and another video was the ones that actually help me figured out something is wrong .cause it's not allowing me to turn it at all nor is it clicking to open to put in the other 1
