I have been in to Ebikes and scooters for the last 5 years. None of them made me really consider giving up my car. I have not used my car in a month since I properly learned to ride my EUC. Rain or shine I commute to work and do all my shopping on it. Just bought a nice backpack so i can hold my rain gear and a bunch of groceries. The thing is just so convenient. I hated locking up my scooters and bikes. You are right though it takes a desire to learn to ride it. You either have that bug or you do not. It took me a week of riding it behind the school at the bottom of my street to feel confident enough to ride it in the city. I just did not want to look like a spaz in public...lol

When I first started riding it’s a little scary for me but after a couple months I felt very comfortable riding it and that was 5 years ago. Now I’m 57 and still riding regularly and will upgrade to a ninebot one z10 soon.
