Simple solution popularly used by many local Cyber Cafe owners - Take a 6-7 Inch nail, hammer it deep into the wall near pc (or where you want the earthing to go) . Take a copper wire and wrap it tightly from behind your cabinet and then wrap it again into that Nail. Like he had wrapped the wire into that Gate.

In simple words, the three pin plug socket may b either given by builder or extended by our electrician/us to another point. Those given by builder always has earthing ie total three wires.inside it.....but the one which is extended needs to b checked wether there r three wires in our three pin plug. In most cases when opened and checked it does not have earthing wire. So this wire needs to be connected by electrician. Even then if problem persists call engineer

Ha bhai usaka gate ye dekhta hai ki current aa raha hai ki nahi, naa aane par wo apane owner ko jakar bata deta hai, to fir uska owner bhi jakar current ko observe karta hai, aur FIR vah electrician Ko bulata Hai, aur FIR uska electrician bhi current ko baithkar observe karta hai, aur yah sari harkatein dekhne ke bad current ine tino ko observe karta hai 😂😂

Earthing does matter a lot.. With insufficient or improper or no earthing, there is a high chance that your computer's internals will get damaged.. especially stuff like the HDD power supply in long term use
