Hi, if it’s a Hotpoint appliance, go to their service centers either at Sarit center or Ruiru. Just make sure that you have the receipt as proof of purchase.

Thank you for your question coz many people struggle with it. EPCs are multi cookers, meaning they can sauté, pressure cook, slow cook, have rice cooking function, dehydrate, sous vide, make yoghurt, etc. Slow cookers on the it hand we’re traditionally used to just slow cook. However, the newer models have sautéing, steaming and rice cooking functions. Slow cookers do not have a pressure cooking function
