I have a few GE Electric clocks with the world famous Telechron movement that was developed by Henry Warren ,The founder of the Warren Telechron Company,which was fully acquired by GE around 1941.Ebay sells GE clocks of different varieties! The Telechron clock movement maintains the correct time using 60 cycle Alternating Current.

The blue gear is the movement for contact with the clock driver. The white gear controls the clock hands with the electromagnetic waves that steps every second. Did that answer your question?
