Companies had to disclose their donations in their income tax report 4. Companies had to be of Indian origin to donate money to political parties. All of these provisions were there to prevent foreign intervention and shell companies. All of these provisions were updated by BJP. Donations made in black before 2017 were illegal. The government simply made that process legal, and with that corruption. Now what?

I'm willing to file a Petition seeking appointment of a SPECIAL INVESTIGATION TEAM under the Watchful Eyes of an eminent SC Judge to go into the brazen criminality arising from the disclosure of details by SBI. The Apex Court has already directed the ECI to upload the details in their website for public information. So, it is also the duty of the ECI to ensure Level Playing Field during the conduct of Elections which expectations has not yet began but Election Process already put in motion as a matter of routine as per the wishes of the outgoing BJP Leadership. I am willing to file a case, please inform Mr.Kapil Sibal. Hats off to your sincere endeavours on this crucial topic in the interest of genuine concerns for saving/securing our Democracy.

The electoral bond on quid pro quo should be investigated by independent SIT constituted by SC and under its supervision and monitoring. The investigation should not target BJP alone but all political parties excluding CPI (M) and the doners. Sibal's mentioning BJP repeatedly because perhaps BJP is the biggest beneficiary.

Kapil sibal seems like so happy about supreme court's electoral bond decision so he don't want to think about future and past.

The Honourable SC headed by CJI 5 judge bench unequivocally held that the bond scheme is perse unconstitutional. They also said no one buys the bond for mere charity least of all corporate and the element of quid pro quo was highlighted by the court. To what extent PCR act can be invoked and how exactly u prosecute the political party. Now we have news that says FM permitted printing of notes for 12 days after the judgement. A blatant contempt of the court.

Why not chief of concerned agency be prosecuted for.failure To be consistent in investigation.

We hope to see that the truth come out with Judjement of the Supreme Court.

Hope the honourable Supreme court intervenes and puts a break to this havoc being committed on democratic principles.... It is time for people to wake up before it is too late, and support democracy before it is too late.. .. Let's be practical, before being slaves, wake up....

डाटा पूरा देने का वादा हुवा. देते वक्त वह पूरा है या नहीं यह किसकी जिम्मेदारी? 623 करोड़ के 1680 बॉन्ड के purchaser नाम लापता है. अमृतकाल मे SBI affidevit देकर मुकर गयी. Redemption हुये 20,421, purchase हुये बस 18,871. यह तो कीसी भी बैंक बाबू को आखरी के sr no देखकर पता लगता है की डाटा कम दिया जा रहा है. ऊपर से 130 bonds expire भी हुये है. Redemption file के शुरुवात के sr no 1 से 861 तक bonds purchase से गायब है. बाकी ऐसे ही lot से गायब है. SBI ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट को तगड़ा झासा दीया. लगता है कोर्ट ने अफीडेविट के बाद जिम्मेदारी से मुक्ति समझ लियी.

Cutoff date ke pehle khareede Gaye bonds ka redemption cutoff date ke baad bhi ho sakta hai... Isliye woh discrepancy hai. Supreme court ka faisla cutoff date Dene ka faisla chubta hai, par galat bhi nahi bol sakte.

EVM should also be brought to court…. This is an important loop hole that should be patched to avoid these criminals using it as the final pass to overturn the results, it’s vey easy to program and manipulate irrespective of the claims by ECI

SIT may not provide us with solutions even if it is monitored by SC..Better to fight the issue of EB politically..

I think Hon'ble Supreme Court should take the case Suo Moto by appoint SIT for further Investigation into this matter in the interest of Justice for Nation & Democracy, I think the bank accounts of all the political parties which had received funds through Electoral Bonds must be seized immediately as the Electoral Bonds were declared un constitutional by the Hon'ble Supreme Court itself.
