She should receive death sentence or life in prison.. I say life in prison or death because this wasn’t 1 human being with a family this is 3 different ppl that don’t know each other with 3 different extensive families hurt by this 1 little white girl.. she hurt too many people.

Kudos to Johnny Depp who deserves praise for standing up to Amber Heards lies. She came close to ruining him out of pure spite and would have happily carried on in life knowing it was all made up. Thankfully he had the means to fight back and give hope to other innocent victims. I can’t believe there are some people who still support her, but I think thats mostly due to a certain agenda which they are unwilling to bend on that all women should be automatically believed which is simply wrong. They should be listened to and claims investigated, but using the judicial process before anyone is charged. Innocent until proven otherwise, not the other way round.

This is why you never jump the gun when it comes to crimes done, things like this has been known since Ancient times- wars waged over etc. The more complex the crime the more context you need. Too many innocent people have had their lives ruined due to false claims---.

Shouldn’t the police have done a basic check of the facts before charging anyone? Just check timelines, phone evidence, cctv etc and then proceed, not before anything is confirmed. Being remanded would have meant loss of work, possibly your home and reputation. They should claim damages if possible.

@@ytpider990 I’m totally pro #MeToo and equality, but not at the expense of the judicial process. Just look at what happened to Johnny Depp, he was completely ruined by Amber Heard, but thankfully he had enough evidence and witness testimony to dispute all the lies she’d made against him. Her life has now been ruined because of it, but there are still people defending her as it goes against their agenda that she wasn’t believed and thats not right. Too many people have had their lives ruined just on the word of someone and hopefully that case has made some think twice before making wild accusations and it’s probably made it harder for real victims to come forward and police need to just take a minute and do some fact checking before charging someone. It’s not asking a lot, just to follow the correct protocols and the proper judicial process.

They don't. They actually hide evidence that puts the accuser in a bad light in some cases in fact. I've seen it first hand. A friend was accused and charged of the same thing. His lawyer asked for disclosure where it was revealed the accuser had several allegations. Two proven false. Police tried to keep it hush

If her mum won't give it back, that tells me that her mum was in on it and should be done for conspiring to pervert the course of justice and fraudulently obtaining charitable funds.

Funny how takeaways were bricked but not Allison the mother who has kept money from good folk who thought they were donatig to a worthy cause. Brick her house if she doesn't give the money back.

Let's hope he gets the answers he desperately needs from Eleanor. Women do not feel empowered knowing they can "pull the rape card". IMO Eleanor didn't feel empowered by it either, as to smash your own face in to get sympathy does NOT feel like empowerment to me. It feels desperate.

I'm similar situations right now and don't know how to sorted out. Police and Court is woman side and don't want see what really happened.

The details in this case sound very similar to trafficking cases. I don’t know if it’s true or not, but a girl of such a young age coming up with such specific details seems very strange to me.
