The Meteorite staff is easily the best early to mid-game glinstone staff. It only requires 18 intelligence and can be accessed very early on. Aeonia swamp is hard to reach far away but you will be able to access the area very early on by teleporting from dragon burnt ruins. Even though you won't be able to upgrade the meteorite staff, it will still be better than any fully upgraded staff you find early to mid-game, thanks to its s rating in intelligence.
