Hmm, there's one problem still. Although Mohg beat the incestuous allegations, he still is the leader of a bloody cult which encourages mass murder (in a bloody fashion).

Fun new fact, marika was actually from a village of shamans who were sortof enslaved by the hornsent. Marika escaped/rebelled and once in power used messmer to enact revenge on the hornsent. She grew a miniature erdtree inside her village despite knowing noone was left alive to see it

The Greater Will ceased communicating with both his vassal and his daughter. The Elden Beast and Metyr were acting of their own accord. Marika found out that all of it was a lie. The entire order she founded was based on bullshit. Oh and her son was brutally murdered by a part of the Elden Ring, the concept of death. All that atop an already heavily traumatised woman whose people were subjugated and picked off to be tortured and mutilated one by one to the point where the last time Marika returned to her home to bathe it in gold, there was nobody left. Yeah, those totally aren't valid reasons to go mad... Such trash writing, oMg bLoOdBoRnE bEtTeR!

They actually had way more than 3 kids lol. Those dead bodies in the walking mausoleum are demigods that were also killed in the black knife plot. Godrick was a descendant of A demigod that wasn’t the main cast. It is even stated that the deaths of the demigods were innumerable but the one that devastated and meant the most to Marika was Godwyn’s. Also the god skin nobles exist as well wearing garbs made of god flesh.

The mausoleum corpses weren't slain by Black Knives. They were specifically ordered to kill one other demigod for the full curse. They are forgotten children of Marika who died, and were locked inside mausoleums so they could be reborn again. There is a theory we used to be one of them, due to the background noises of the first cutscene of the game, when the tarnished rises. Its almost impossible to hear, but with the music and the dialouges out, you can hear mausoleums.

Does Pink Diamond actually have a reason for being shitty though? Marika brought about the Golden Order in the hopes that she could protect everything close to her, with the Greater Will promising power to do that. With Godwyn's death she sees the promise as false, leading to the destruction of the Elden Ring. The Hornsent, which are what Omens are, had enslaved and tormented her people for years, with Enir Ilim being built from her peoples bodies. The Hornsent forced them into Jars to become "saints."

I think Dark Souls lore in itself is a bit more simple ngl... just look at videos for each game by themselves then look at a video of all of them put together... Elden Ring has ALOT of lore jam packed into one game and now adding onto the DLC

And now we know Mohg was not the Mohglester, and was actually Miquellested

Marika resented the hornsents, as all crucible related stuff. So she despised godrick's order of crucible knights. Not only that but all children she had with him where affected by the crucible. So by the end of that she probably couldn't even look him in the face anymore, stripped him of grace and sent him to get killed in the fog

Malenia was a semi-undefeated (let's face it, Radahn beat her ass) swordswoman. And Miquella was the most fearsome Empyrean who managed to charm two demigods into loving his femboy ass and had a passionate love affair with the most Chad demigod of them all, Chadahn. I'd say that's still pretty successful.

One thing ive often thought, is that the tarnished seem to come from all walks of life, not just Godfreys lot. Coryn, Gideon, Dialos, none of them are from Marikas old lot. So it would seem being blessed by grace wasn't just Marikas doing. We already know Placidusax was the oldest Elden Lord we know of, or likely even just a God of his time. Did he have tarnished? His eldenring was way different looking than Marikas. Same one? Could have been. Starting to seem more like she made another one from what I can see. So the whole story of Tarnished is probably way more ancient than the golden order.

its just still wild to me that maliketh IS death like when he goes into second stage of the fight canonically whoever he touches dies instantly so lore wise the tarnished never got hit. the part that i found cool about this too is that when you kill him everyone dies of old age because the tarnished stole back the rune of death making death possible. idk i thought that was just cool

not gonna lie, Marika and Radagon are a perfect match. Thats just my opinion though 😅

Saying her Order endured thanks to Godfrey is an understatement, because he CRUSHED all enemies of the Erdtree with his army, and he crushed them so hard that he had to be nerfed by having Serosh grafted on him to quell his lust for battle and to look and behave as a proper lord. His crusade didn't start easy. The very first threat the Golden Order removed was the giants, and by the looks on the mountain top you can see they stood no chance against his onslaught, from there his crusade made it's way down south until it eventually ended at the border of Caelid where Marika personally stripped Godfrey and all of his men of their grace for reason unknown. However just before they were driven from the Lands Between, the Queen promised him that he and his men shall have their grace returned to them after death

Yesen'ted Radagon and Marika were always one. After Godfrey's banishment, Marika separated herself with Radagon. Radagon and Marika had 3 more children, and Radagon left to Liurnia. Radagon fell in love with Rennala, and had three kids. Radagon was later forcefully summoned back to be full, in order for Marika to shatter the Elden Ring. Now the Elden beast, basically servant of the Greater Will, punished Marika and crucified her with Radagon inside the same body. She has the ability to change between Radagon and Marika, which is why you fifht Radagon in the final battle.

@@redbirb1571 Radagon and Marika were separate already when Godfrey and Marika were a thing. Rennala and Radagon were married and had Ranni, Rykard and Radahn. Once Godfrey was disposed of, Marika recalled Radagon. They were fused together again as punishment for her shattering the Elden Ring.

In short, Marika wanted revenge. She got the power by becoming a god, then married Godfray and had kids. She used him to remove all opposition to her, then banished him. Origins of Radagon are unknown. I think Marika created him to gain control over the Moon faction of the Lands Between. There she had three kids with the Moon Queen. She then experimented with having a kid with herself but the kids were failed results. She sent one of those kids to get her revenge in her homeland. Around this time, her first kid was killed, who was her only successful results from her experiment, which is probably why she broke the Elden Ring out of maybe anger or resentment or something like that. This was her mistake and led to her downfall. Now related to that, this is just my theory, but I think Melina is like a fragment of Marika. We know spirit creature like Melina are created at the base of the Erdtree. So maybe Marika created her to find a creature or being capable of freeing her from the cage. Because depending on out choice, we can become the elden lord with Marika as the god, we can change our loyalty to Ranni and become the Elden lord or we can destroy this world completely for some new outer god to come and start a new experiment.
