Elden Ring - How to activate the Wind Vortex (Spiritspring) on the ground to travel upwards

A quick guide to this windy object on the ground where winds come out of it? This is a wind vortex, also called Spiritspring, which you need to activate in order to make it useable so you can use your steed/horse to travel upwards.

Thanks m8. Another video was showing how to get to scary Altus using the jump you showed but they didn’t say how or where to activate the jump, it was just already active for them.

I don't remember the exact locations but you can find a few of them througouht. When you see a wind vortex, nearby should be this things on the ground that can activate it.

It's north west very close to Elder's Hovel after using the Castle Front grace and going down the hill thru a little poison swamp to it.
