if you read the description of lightning spells their Ancient dragon spells so the catalyst that boosts Ancient dragon casting would effect lightning spells

Imagine being lansseax and some random tiny creature the size of your toes walks up to you slowly, stabs himself in the gut twice with two seperate swords and then proceeds to absolutely destroy you (being an ancient creature and all).

If I was a Dark Souls boss and saw that shit I would immediately back the fuck up.

The art direction, the atmosphere, the creature design, No one does it quite like fromsoftware

For those who dont know how to apply seppuku in both blades : You have to hold Y/Triangle then press LB/L1 after that use skill LT/L2 (stop holding Y/triangle before using skill) . That was for the first blade - left hand. For the second one you only have to normally dual wield ( hold Y/Triangle and then press RB/R1, after that use skill again LT/L2)

Beat this guy and another ancient dragon last night and I’m 100% the next boss in the game. The red lighting spells are so cool looking and the one where you grab two lightning bolts and slam them into the ground is a little OP on certain enemies

@@Skylingale if you look up fias quest line and her locations and requirements it should be easy to get, the red lightning spells require 35-40 faith. Sorry I forgot the names of the spells

@@MrSlima20 bosses are awesome but no where near the same level as bloodbourne. I go into fights in this game without a care of what's what because most builds are viable, and the game let's you practically cheat with mounted combat and summons. Wheres as boodbourne filled me with terror at the first sight if any fog gate.

Bloodborne is definitely a harder game overall, and Elden ring is probably the easiest game of the bunch because its been made more accessible. But design wise, Elden ring has the best and most interesting boss designs hands down as they didn't have to stick with the whole undead/sickly look with the game. Probably my favorite so far that is not even difficult is the moose spirit boss in the underground city, its just so majestic and the setting was beautiful, shame I beat it in one try.

Seeing a dragon use a weapon like that is so cool

That’s a very unnecessary amount my friend. 25 to 30 max is all you need. More damage will shorten the engagements and it’ll be easier than just a big health pool.

What level are you at.. holy crap I’ve probably put in 20 hours so far and I’m still at level 38 getting my butt kicked still by a lot of the bosses(some side bosses are super easy), and I’m not new to souls games.

What did you build the Katanas with? Bleed or Keen? or a mix of the two? Personally i tried Keen on mainhand and Bleed on second

tbf your second weapon could probably be the Nagakiba (or give you the option to do this build without Samurai start). Starts out with one grade of DEX scaling higher, at the cost of lower base damage than the Uchi. (But base damage doesn't really mean anything when you're doing bleed builds)

Same here, im not even bothered with other weapons, uchi is the way for me.

Using the skill on your left hand will apply the effect to both swords, which means the right hand can have a separate ash of war, don't know if its intentional but it seems like it's not.

I'm running a faith build and switched to the blood slash, I think that's what its called, ash of war for godrick. Made the fight way easier.

Look at your map, if you want to progress the story then there will be arrows of graces pointing in the direction you need to go. The intended path (as far as I have gotten so far) is that you first beat Godrick in Stormveil castle, afterwards Gidyeon Ofnyir (or however his name is spelled, the guy with the silver crown) will tell you which boss to beat next. The next area would be to travel North to the swamps of Liurnia and beat the boss there, afterwards head to the Atlas plateau. Remember that the lighthouse looking drawings on your map indicate where you can find a map of the place you are exploring, which helps immensely. If you feel you are too weak and want to grind levels or get new equipment, then look at your map, most important places will be drawn out on it quite distinctly. Also remember that white beetles give new ashes of war, so you can kill them if need be. Final tip, you can also look up guides to any dungeons, weapons or spells you want. Hope this helps!

two hand your left katana, apply seppuku, switch back to dual wielding and apply seppuku again and it will do your other one
