Works perfect. I found it easier to count to 2 after the camera is fully down and jump a little forward as well as left.

Awesome video. Couldn’t find the right half of the medallion on my randomizer run so this was very useful :)

Took a few tries but I just did this on 1.10. The compass tip is good but I just relied on the deathcam activation. The second that snaps up I jumped left and landed with no problem. Quit-out and was good to go. Thank you for this dude! What a god!

January 2024 19th still works. No bullshit. I was frustrated took me over 30 tries. To anyone wondering why you die it is only the Jump timing you are messing up I counted 6 sec before the death animation triggers...before you say "6" in your mind jump I wanted access to some Items before I progressed the story I also wanted to skip leyndell Bosses but those were unskipable

It still works, btw at first I thought it was patched but when I checked the comments you said that the skip still works it gave me motivation to keep trying it and I eventually got it.

worked as of friday 21st of july!! for people trying this skip, i advice three things: 1. keep in mind that what you're doing is jumping between two kill-zones, they overlap vertically but there is just enough space to move through them with a double jump. i would recommend going a few times too far to the left/jumping to the left too early to get a hold of where the upper kill-zone is since what you're trying to do is stay as close to that edge as possible and then move further under it to avoid the rightmost kill-zone 2. stay calm and put on an audiobook or such in the background, this can take a few attempts and the run-back can get annoying 3. watch the last part of the video so you fully understand the last few jumps and how the collision works so you don't throw away a successful skip due to falling to your death while in the consecrated snowfields

Im on NG+ and I cant be bothered to go all the way through Castle Sol again, Im so glad this actually worked. I did it second try (First try, I timed the Spiritspring jump wrong) and I was so glad to be back in Consecrated without needing to have fought Niall. Thanks because this video was very easy to follow unlike other videos and it lets me skip Niall.

I needed this skip so I could use the Gold Needle to get rid of the Frenzied Flame so I could do Ranni's ending.

Thanks for the tutorial. I got so pissed on Commander Niall, that I would rather do a glitch than fight him, and it worked!

IT WORKED!!!! (patch 1.09.1) For future guys here, I recommend paying attention to this guys compass in this moment 1:49 , it might help you get this jump. I was struggling with it and when I actually got my camera in the same direction he did, it worked in first try.

This area where you land is well, un accessible usually right? However there's a teleporter right below it, almost feels like it was created for this purpose.

i don't know if it helped but i spammed the sprint button to sprint instead of pushing forward while sprinting. and as i was going up i pointed the camera down then jumped to the left and guided my horse toward the corner area you fell into

This is more of a fun fact than a viable skip, going through Castle Sol takes 15 minutes, doing this skip requires actual hours of trying and just waiting for good RNG.

Edit: On try #30 ish i got it finally. The trick is to REALLY JUMP WHERE THE BUSH IS, KEEP HOLDING FOREWARD, PAN THE CAMERA DOWN AND ITS A JUMP DIAGONALLY LEFT...AIM FOR THE BOTTOM RIGHT CORNER OF THE SQUARE WHERE HE LANDS

Can you please show us a way to get into the mountaintops of the giants without fighting Morgott on the current patch 1.09 😊
