fun fact: it ain't some dummy player model that's blocking the graces when radahn does his meteor attack it's leonard! he acts as radahn's world position, and the meteor attack works by constantly warping him to the target's position until radahn does the animation. which is also why radahn just phases through walls and ceilings during the attack, because his movement ain't actually _movement_ - it's just his model moving to where he technically already is as part of the animation, so no part of him actually collides with map geometry despite how it looks

But he just said in the vid that that's what Matt (maker of mod) did to make the meteor attack work in the open world. Plus every time Radahn uses it, you hear player death sounds. So it must be a dummy player model at work.

Got to love a challenge run where the bosses are actually the relaxing rest sections because at least the bosses are predictable

Haven't laughed this hard at a video in a while 😂 Radahn is just so funny out of the context of his own boss fight, it's like watching a pissed off 280lb linebacker stumbling onto a kid's soccer field after one of the dads said something mean about his donkey

The comedic timing of all the radahn meteors is great

The Radahn gravity pull was the source of so many hilarious moment in this. It was the best re-occurring gag.

3 minutes in and we can see a wild Bushy attempting to flee the herd before Radahn 1 pulls him back to take the meteor from Radahn 2. Great video!

53:52 I think the reason there was no bleed proc during the nihil was because the boss’s two phases carry over the increased bleed resistance from multiple procs, just like regular Fire Giant. Bleeding Radahn in phase 1 increased the bleed resistance of Mohg in phase 2.

44:08 so the way his meteor works is that it will always hit you twice, which is why it one shots you in his arena. However under the right circumstances you can avoid the second hit and it will basically do half your health bar!

Radahn's Meteor is a multi-hit spell. Since the first hit knocks you down, unless you're in the gutter already the damage is garbage because he keeps moving away from where you fell. It sometimes hits you for a lot, because you're mounted. Which means it hits you and Torrent, and since you don't gain invulnerability frames while falling from Torrent (as opposed to when you get knocked down), you get hit several times while being staggered (the falling + bounce on the ground animations). It's also why it always cleans up all the enemies, they don't get knocked down by the first hit (which means they take more than one).and when they get staggered (multi-hit) the damage doubles.

There’s something therapeutic about watching a bushy video and hearing that signature silly jazz

Radahn’s meteor hits twice in quick succession, once for a bit and once for a ton. If you avoid the second hit, you can easily survive the first.

The fact that mohg was both margit and morgott fights was very satisfying tbh

Dare I say, the nihil is actually pretty well-balanced in this run. The rings around you always give away when it's about to start, the purifying tear only blocks one instance of it, and it takes out a bunch of other enemies around it.
