It would be awesome if it was possible to mod the bosses attacks from DS3 onto your character, imagine Gael with his lightning rain and Soul of Cinder with that mid air combo

Surprised to see these 2, but it had to be fun playing Soul just for the varied moveset. Can’t think of much duos outside of Dragonslayer armor and Havel or Sister Friede and Gehrman.

The fact this is a thing is so incredibly cool, all we really need is movesets, which is completely doable.

The nostalgia is crazy for me it took me 3 tries for soul of cinder on my first play through and on my third I got the ringed city and Gael took me 15 tries

A friend andI did something extremely similar to this. We also played as Gael and Soul of Cinder. The main difference was, well, we play on Xbox. So we had it all vanilla ER.

Coming from someone who’s first and so far only FromSoft game is Elden Ring (AC6 does look badass, tbh) I’ve been in this awkward case of should I or shouldn’t I play the Dark Souls trilogy? I know that DS isn’t as smooth or refined as ER, based on what I’ve heard, but man I still do want to give it a shot. Especially DS3, when I first saw gameplay of Slave Knight Gael’s boss fight and learned about his lore, I was totally enamored. “Two nobodies, fighting over nothing, in the middle of nowhere” I remember some comment on YT saying. And yeah, Soul of Cinder looks cool too and I know there’s a callback to Gwyn in his second phase, but Gael is something else to me.
