Seriously. Host was in fight at top of Caria Manor where the golden seed is, right before the magic giant. Where do i spawn as blue? Indeed, at the BOTTOM of Caria Manor, the courtyard! Only just reached the elevator when my host died. What the actual F*.

If the game didn't sometimes spawn Blues litterally across the entire map (and gives us no item to relocate spawn like Reds do), then we could be participating in fights alot more. But, no Fromsoft doens't want that apparently.

@@KatyaAbc575 I don't think Fromsoft doesn't want it. It's just not that high up on their list of priorities - so every now and then you spawn a Hunter in a weird place where they can't easily protect their host - that sucks a bit but it's not the end of the world.

Gigasthicus had a video that shows the godskin peeler has a very similar setup with the running attack comboing into the roar triple hit for a reliable bleed proc.

I love seeing a lone invader destroy gank squads.

Barbaric roar on any small weapon rocks because of the shock people have when some dinky little toothpick does 1000 plus damage on an uncharged r2

I feel like Chase could utilise the Bloodboil Aromatic in PvP since he barely gets hit. Uplifting Aromatic is a 7.5% damage buff whereas the Bloodboil counterpart is a whopping 20%

Katars are such a versatile weapon. I’ve been putting off making a full on roar build. Maybe I’ll put one together. Side note, remember how everyone reckoned that the DLC was going to be in the ocean under that cloud? I have a theory that they were right. It’s hidden by the veils and when they drop, the land mass will show up in the centre of the map, encircled by the divine towers. It’s the right size and shape, and lines up with everything that’s been revealed, and the general layout of the areas based on what can be seen in the trailers. It’ll be a mind blowing revelation if true. ~6 weeks. Soon. Catch ya next time!

Chaaaaassse!! I finally got a higher level phantom kill or two (iirc) on my leveling by PVP only astrologer. Went from like... 12 to 27 or some such. I've basically just pumped points into vigor other than.. I think one point into END and one or two into STR, since at this level that's where the damage is mostly coming from. I'm unsure if I could win an invasion purely on spells. The whole time I've been wondering how you would do it, and since this is much different than starting with vagabond, I've realized just how difficult it is to start with points into INT that are basically a waste until a bit later down the line. Anyways, great content as usual!

Yeah magic is tough becuase you dont really get the magic infusion until raya lucaria. Id probably pump vigor first since ur damage doesnt increase much at a low weapon upgrade level anyways like you mentioned. Id use some lighter weapons, thrusting swords, straight swords, daggers for crits. Once you get the magic infusion from raya lucaria thats when id dive more into int. Id rush there as soon as possible for that build though lol

Another good roar weapon that I miss seeing is the Godfrey Axe. That heavy against a group has really good hyper armor and if u can trade with them might hit 3 with one swing that sets up for the followup heavy too since u can delay it

I don’t know if Chase would try it, but I have a lot of fun doing a faith intelligence build where I powerstance the Sword of Night and Flame main hand and Coded Sword in the offhand with some incantations / spells for fun. It works pretty well in PvE and I’ve had a little luck in PvP with it

Ever try a golden order like build? I got one with the three ring of light spell, defensive buffs, blessing of the erdtree and the Miquellan Knight Sword (has a unique dashing charged attack) and it is a lot of fun for me

You should try a build centered around both ruptured Crystal tears and Rahdans swords or gravitational pull with the roar medallion and with Alexander's shard either or. Doing the ash of war right before the initial explosion of the crystal tears works wonders. 😂

I was just thinking about doing this except with poison venomous fang and the multi-hit talismans. I got my spinning slash twinblade for bleed!

Multi-hit talismans would pair well with black flame blade on a weapon that can hit many times! every hit applies a separate stack of percentage black flame damage!

RKR Katar buffed jump attack with the spear talisman and that torso that buffs jump attacks can 1 shot people for like 2300 AR. Can you try that combo on your next Katar run Chase

Something I found out accidentally is that if you are crouching you can double chug both types of flasks in quick succession as if you were spamming heal standing up. Idk the real use for it but it’s a great way to guarantee getting topped off on both flasks after taking out a summon if it’s safe to heal!

I have a character in ng+7 in the upper 300s, I recently specced to 80 strength, dex, and Arcane and it's crazy cuz even like guts greatsword blood infused only does 10 less then the highest pure physical damage infusion, and bleeds on the 2nd hit. It's like 924 2 handed pure physical damage.

You can put barbaric roar on the venomous fangs on arcane

Well beyond. You can only hold 798. Ive maxed mine out on 2 characters, 699 in the box and 99 in the inv. When you fill them up it drops the rest on the ground when you kill a host. But chase save scums his character to reset his build and consumables so he loses all those rune arcs
