@@RealAJaymesbest advice for a beginner is to level Vigor alongside your main damage stat, in your case Dex. That way you’re not dying every 2 hits. Putting some points into Endurance also helps since END levels your equip load as well, so you can wear better armor Also, most of your damage actually comes from leveling your weapon rather than your dmg stat.

This was so fun to watch 😂 dude was actually getting cracked at the game!

Starting with the Golden Seed was a Giga Chad move.

My friend got me Dark Souls III for my birthday when I was super young, and I fell in love with the series ever since. I’m still on Elden Ring, on like the second or third mandatory boss, but I keep getting sidetracked because the world is so big, even though I haven’t unlocked the rest of the map! Let me just say this, AJaymes, you will die again and again, and if you want to give up, give up TEMPORARILY, and then go grab runes to level yourself up, and better gear. That’s my best piece of advice. 👍

for your question about the starting classes, they only really matter for optimising stats or allowing you to do a RL1 run. its big for spreadsheet dorks like me lmao, but not really anything to worry about unless you also like spreadsheets and build crunching.

Game is fun, challenging, all that, but i refuse to play it until they do something about their garbage multiplayer system. Even just inviting a friend to your world is unreasonably irritating.
