If I saw a self offense school called "Break A Punk Down Martial Arts" I'd sign up immediately. This so in your face, brutally real it can't be ignored or equalled by any other Tube teacher or group. I love it. The honesty and effectiveness is evident. Thank you.

I studied muay thai, and I found other arts that use extensive knees and elbows and elbows as well. I instinctively use them according to my range. They work quite well. Much love and respect to Professor David and Shihan Kenny.

Very good flow drill, that elbow to the chest, will just take the air right out of him. The knee's the thigh's will take him off balance very quick. You guys are just fantastic, thank you Professor David and Shihan Kenny

Moments of great speed and intensity. Knee to inside leg is instructive. And, Kenny is good as tall man, how aout other types, e.g., burly, stout and thick, for comparisons.

Since I have a strong preference to strike with elbows and knees I saved this special video so that I can visually register and record in my mind this brilliant material. Especially it is good for individuals not considered strong and large, like me. This is the equalizer we all can use.

Man, I did save this video for future reference.. and I am glad I did. Watch this video. It is probably most realistic self-defense application for the street.

The more I watch, the more I think just go for the eyes and throat. You don't need much strength or skill for those targets and they are weak areas. Elbows and knees are fine bit not as easy as poking eyes and throat.

How true. But in close against your foe the elbows and knees will deliver some good stopping power.

Eyes are a small Target to hit especially once it starts going down and everything is moving. And anyone with knowledge enough to tuck their chin is going to protect their neck from any half hazard techniques some untrained person is going to throw at them. My tip for everyone watching this is to understand that this guy has the KZread channel with millions of views for a reason and anyone that is watching this is watching it for a reason. It's similar to going to math class and then trying to tell the math teacher that you have a better way

Distance and timing. Within distance (3 min in) and now a threat? My 1st move is drop em quick. Don't block. Just drop em now and Chat later.
