Actually PAN PATHELI,IF IT MEANS something SPREAD over a LEAF. A variant of Steamed stuffed sweet balls in many shapes,in many cultures.,India and far east. ..Kozukattai,Modak ,Momos,or Dim Sun... If size is no issue, one can use many other leaves in the absence of Banana leaves. ..Or even wax free parchment paper used for baking!
