The biobay tour in Vieques is the best one. I've done it in kayaks and in a pontoon boat, and the BEST one was definitely done in kayaks. The whole tour is in darkness, from beginning to end, and the brightness of the bay is impressive. To maximize the experience, always try to plan it along with the darkest moon phase possible.

I’m going (Vieques)next month and if looks like it’s almost a full moon everyday I’m there. Still worth it ya think?

Since you are willing to pay for a good guided tour, some other tours that I would recommend are the South El Yunque, Canon San Cristobal, and Rio Tanama. The South EL Yunque is pretty epic and I used Montana Explora, who I also used for Canon San Cristobal. They are not cheap, but ABSOLUTELY worth it. For Rio Tanama I used Caribe Adventures Puerto Rico, which was actually quite economical. I'm not plugging these companies, and there are definitely other options. I just used them and they were a good experience personally. Whoever you chose for Rio Tanama, make sure they include Cueva Clara and underground cave tubing in the tour, which were pretty spectacular.
