Can I just add a couple of amendments to yer lyrics... #Summer don't know me no more, he's a man that's all. Summer don't know me, she just left me low in my soul. Cos I do know love, from you then just dying.# (Next part that sounded strange) 'Don't stop the buck' 🤔 It sounds more like- #Don't stop the burn when it comes it's the dawn you'll see.. 10yrs have passed & now I see the cold in your eyes & I do know love from you then, just dying. # 🤔 It makes more sense to me. No offence intended..

Then he got to you and thought “now let’s make a pure dumbass”... singing makes someone perfect? He may go home, beat his wife, and kick puppies. U don’t fucking know. All u kno is an on screen image. Instead of jerking others off for doing their job why don’t u put that energy into bringing yourself up to that “perfect” level?

@@dr.kennethnoisewater26 Albarn isn’t perfect but he has found a way to recover from his pretty nasty past and that is very respectful of him. As for him being a bad person I’m pretty sure he’s got pretty good morals when you see what he’s written. Nobody is perfect

For anyone who loves literature: “Summer - The heat and bright weather symbolise joy and happiness, and the changing of the seasons typically indicates this love becoming more serious or fading away. Passion - summer is the hottest time of the year in many countries around the world, and this heat is often explored metaphorically through literature. Tensions are high with new-found adulthood, and many characters find themselves involved in passionate love affairs.” ~ Twinkl “Don’t stop the bud/burn… its the dawn” - suggests hope, act of transformation, renewed passion. ~ UMICH “Cold Eyes - Your facial expression as distant, unfriendly, or lacking warmth. It's often used to convey a sense of emotional detachment. Lacking kindness and compassion. War.” ~ YourDictionary “Lord I’m fine.” This reminds me of the passage about “believers who have come through the ‘great tribulation’… who have been persecuted for their faithfulness”. ~ Personal opinion

@@ShenDoodles Yeah, but in this version Damon changes the lirycs
Es un genio. Hace 10 años solia viajar sola en mi carro por las carreteras de México en Veracruz y esta canción fue soundtrack de esa aventura de mi vida.
I wish i had such a perfect voice. Thanks for the moments Damon, i am grateful for every moment you gave me.
I just can’t get over the uniqueness of Damon’s voice like with Jamie’s style?!! It’s just so different and rare I love it
He has the voice of an angel.
You did it man!! #DamonAlbarnIsPerfect
Can this man get any more perfect
Que hermosa canción en su versión acústica, que sentimiento, que nostalgia me da escucharla, te amamos Damon!!!
I'm literally crying. The way he can change the tone of his voice from soft to hard is just beautiful. God you created the most perfect person in the world and I bless you for it.
This is so sad. My heart :(( 💔

Look at that gorgeous sad man
It's amazing how much power his voice has now. When he was younger he could reach higher notes but now he can do different ones that I can't explain bc I know nothing about singing but the difference is there
possibly one of the greatest songs ever
this song really gives me a very special feeling
Damon is a GENIUS
The emotions that he transmits are simply unique, I feel incredibly submerged in his voice, God... I love this song.
This is so beautiful, even as a 12 year old boy it still makes me cry

Que hermosa voz y que maravilloza canción.
Cualquier palabra para definir lo que admiro a este hombre se queda corta. Es un GRAN artista, no me caben dudas.
This is beautiful. Absolutely beautiful.
One of my favorite songs from this man, simply amazing
Esa carita que refleja muchas vidas comprendidas en una canción
this is probably the best song in his career IMO
If humans only understood what he was truly channeling out, and certain references, they would be even more in awe. Thank you for helping your brethren find their way back home. Now back to work. 💙💙💙

such a beautiful freaking song
There is a real heaviness to this version, it is very powerful. Longing and morose you don't hear as clearly in original.
I feel like the reason 50% of people in the Gorillaz fandom want to protect 2D so bad is because he’s voiced by this guy.

We all just want to relive the 2k's. It was simple and technology which now rules our lives was in it's early stages and we weren't all mindless drones walking the streets with our faces in our smartphones. the 2000's were our 1980's and it was honestly a great decade for music, I'll never forget it.
