It's actually the style of the choreo. It's not the first time I've seen it performed this way.

she's jumping 1-&-2 and then holding sus-sous for cts 3-4. she is just not jumping 3 sissonne 1-2-3 and then sus-sous one count. she is not off the music

Esse atraso nos sissones é proposital. Fora do tempo e esquisito ficou no final, pareceu perdida e a música muito pesada; não foi harmônico.
