I've spent a good amount of time at this location over the years as every Sept they host the big WW2 Weekend Encampment (in honor of operation Market Garden)on the lawn camping out , getting up in the am after the USO dance and bar crawling in town watching the cows roll out while nursing a hangover while the sun comes up was always a special moment . spending time with the Veterans of WW2 talking to with tourist , jeep rides around the battlefield. this years theme for the event is "1944 " it's also the 80th anniversary of Market Garden in sept of 1944

Were you all in Chambersburg PA tonight at Olympia Candy Kitchen for Ice Fest ? a man said that he was from Maryland and liked my hoody with the skull. Since you all are in Maryland and go to PA at times, I wasn't sure if you were who I met tonight. the warm weather melted a lot of the nice ice skuptures. some you could still tell what they were.
