This video came right on time. I just left the funeral of my father in law. He was on of thee best bar, street, pool hall and home players I have seen. I aspire to play as well if not better than he did. With your practice drills I'm sure I'm headed in the right direction. The drills look great but for me that last drill is on the back burner for me. I need to work on my draw shot (previous videos). Thank you Bryan
We start back league Monday. I shoot on 6 teams. Monday is 8 and 9. Tuesday i captain 8. Wensday is 8 and 9 and Thursday is 9. You have helped me so much with all your drills to practice at home. One thing for you to note. I am the most challenging one for ya to train. 😆 i have a completely different style of shooting than anyone you have ever met. If there was a chance for me to come to philly and play one on one whit you. It would be the greatest help with all players. Low and high ranking. Unbelievable thanks again brian.
An endless supply of info and drills! More notes ! Anyone who uses this and practices cannot help but improve! Thanks again Bryan!
Thanks for sharing those drills.. will be shooting them later tonight.
Great having us come out of our comfort zone in terms of shooting the 8 Ball in the same lower half of the table. Nicely done Brian.
Thanks. Expanded my horizon toward end of the video when you talked about preventing parallel balls Earlier in a game. Wow! To have knowledge, strategy & control of one’s game. Gives a person motivation to stick with it.
You make me more confident ! Thank you so much !
Thanks Bryan. I'm in kind of a slump now. I haven't practiced much lately. Time to get started.
Youve got a soothing meditative voice. Like how you talk is how I want to feel when I shoot.... relaxed but steady, mentally present, focused. Inhale. Exhale when you shoot. Tbh honest I dont know how you should breathe when you’re shooting, but I assume you might shoot better when not holding in a breath because that tenses you up. I recently found that I shoot better on days where I did cardio a few hours before playing pool. Everything felt more relaxed both physically and mentally speaking Anyway.... great content. Thank you.
Good drills to work through common situations on the table. As you mentioned, we try to alleviate these scenarios earlier in the game but sometimes it just doesn't work out that way. Keep the good ones coming Bryan!!
Thanks Bryan! Love your instruction.
Appreciate all you do!
I have been doing a drill very much like the second one for years. I focus more on 9 ball, so I take 3 balls, roll them hard toward the end of the table and whatever order they stop in is where I place them, closest one to the foot rail goes on the foot spot, closest to the head rail on the head spot and the middle one on center table which adds randomness to the drill, then take ball in hand. And shoot them in rotation. I see many hours shooting all of your drills, they all look very useful.

Thanks for your comments
Great video. I've recently put each of these drills into my practice and they are paying off big time. I now see the problem early in the game and I do my best to solve the problem before the end of the rack when they would become a even more difficult fix. Bottom line is solve the issues quickly don't allow them to remain in your way to a winning rack. Thank you Bryan

Great ideas for drills and another great video!
Great drills. Practical as always. Keep up the good work.

Great practice ideas, thank you!
Thanks for the drills! They are giving me the improvement itch!
Great drills , looking forward to trying them... Thanks
Thanks for all the tips I won my match 6 to 1! You are a huge help!
You were right! Much more difficult than they look - you make it look so easy. Me? No, I made these drills look impossible at first, eventually go a little better but need more work.
Thanks for another Gem Brian
I like these drills. Not too complex but can be challenging if your not focusing.
Great looking drills can't wait to get to a table.
Love this guy Yall...Great teacher
Sweet! Can't wait to add these to my routine. Thanks, Bryan!
This is exact the drills I need to work on and I mean all the drills in this video.
Nice drills , easy to setup but challenging. Thanks
Thanks Brian, going to try this next time
Great drills!
Great drills Bryan. I'll have to give them a try next time out.
Thanks those drills help me and my team. Simple for them.
This looks like a very good and practical drill. Thanks!
Really good drills - simple but effective. Gosh you make them look simple!
Tuff drills for a newbie. But I got a new table and a free weekend. Diving into lots of your old drills and top 5 shots vids too!
I could not believe the the tough shots I kept getting on the eight ball. Great drills. Thanks again and as always keep the great videos coming.
Great video, will be practicing these, thank you for showing.
Excellent !
Good drills to practice. Going to work on the 2 below drill tonight.
I like that...get rid of parallel balls early in game. I'll be looking out for this in my practice games.
Thank you! Gives me a couple more drills to work on. It will keep variety in my practice sessions.
Good video I needed these drills
Great drill Bryan! I've done this in 9 ball where I just have the 7, 8, and 9 ball on the table and try to run out...I've never even thought to try it in 8 ball.
Great drills. Going to go play right now.
Love these drills
Great Job Bman... I calmed down to focus on speed to my lead shot watching these than playing a wack-a-mole version slamming cue ball like playing baseball...
thank you for sharing your knowledge
Thank you Brian
Thanks as always this is very helpful
I like the idea of setting up harder drills like this. Thanks for sharing and such a great video library.
Great drills, making my game better!
Awesome stuff
These are very simple and good. And I'd never think of them. Love em! Keep up the great videos!

Nice drills!
Nice drills coach. I find most of the time I’m in the 2 below situation and definitely going to be practicing this. Ty
Thanks so much for the drills. New drills make practicing not feel like a grind
I cant wait to run these drills tonight, after I run my 2 15 ball racks. Thanks for another great video and drill set Bryan
Great drills
Already using these drills there great

When is the Winner of the Cue gonna be announced??
Always practice what you have problems on. awesome 👍😁
Great video, I've seen all these situations, and those rail shots are still quite difficult for me, especially if i have to get shape after.
Really like these drills, easy to set up but allows lots of variations in angles and work on getting position
Good stuff 👍
Good drills it's nice to see a practice routine that contains shots and situations that actually come up in an 8 ball rack nothing like practicing realistic scenarios
Good stuff.
Interesting approach to practicing. When I practice I try to focus on my difficult shots but that's just one shot at a time. I like that you have strung multiple shots that unless you really aren't deliberate in what you want that cue ball to do it becomes very difficult. I would agree it is a good practice for anyone to execute these drills to build confidence and focus. Thank you for your insight.
You make it look easy
Very use full...
Ill look forward to getting a chance to practice this
All real true shots in eight ball- good drills Bryan!!
Thanks....appreciate the time..😁
I like that drill!
Good video.... nice drills
This looks like a great drill Brian I’m definitely going to try it.
Nice three-ball drills.
Awesome drill ideas!

Thanks.
I'm an APA 4. I work a lot on auto pocketing for 5 hours or so then go to these drills. Trying to transfer my golf and competitive shooting skills over these drills are solo key. I work position play drills into my regime. You're really helping me here Brian. I'm working it

you won't be an apa 4 for long if you practice like that
I will be working on these drills when the bars open.
I use these drills sometimes, they're really fun and challenge you. I use it in the 9 ball context and start with 3 balls short table, then 4, etc. and then go full table which is the harder one.
Nice video
The 2 below drill, i should've thought of that! It seems like i constantly run into that situation.
Cool drills Bryan. I'd like to see you do a half table 15 ball run. You can use any pocket o pot the balls but the CB has to end up on the one side of the table after every shot. It's a tough drill but you should be able to get through it. Be well, Al-Fu
Good drills and fun but the first drill it’s much easier to leave yourself straight for the middle pocket I hit those 10 out of 10 times easy easier postional wise to
Interesting. I like that there may be a few ways to solve the table, with one or more leaning towards your own particular set of skills (cue Liam Neeson). They don't look that hard but I thought but same of the short draw drill with the semicircle of balls. I've yet to master that one.
Enjoy working with this practice
Great vid I just hoped to see ball English on each shot
Last night I shot against a teammate from league and he missed 6 out of 10 8 balls and it led to me winning. Its the most stressful shot! Should've had him run in place prior to each shot lol
Ready to shoot.
these are the most difficult drills ever.
