Mujhe nhi pta bcpan mai kese mujhe is gunah ki adat pad gyi fir dosto ki sohbat bhi esi thi jo porn dekhte the mene first time 2008 mai porn dekhi thi.... us tim par gunah sahi galat ka fark jada malum nhi tha fir dhire dhire gusal wajib krne ki lat lag gyi aur waswase badhte chle gye jisse meri education par bhut bura asar hua jo mai karna cahta tha life mai kar nhi paya kyuk mind bilkul ghir cuka hai waswaso mai kafi bar toba ki but toba tut gyi aj mai bilkul preshan tanha hu kuch samjh nhi aata kese waswase dur hoge.. kuch doctor bolte hai ye OCD hai mai samjhta hu ye gunah karne ki wajah se hai had se jada khud pe gusal wajib karne ki wajah se hota hai kuch pta nhi hai mai bilkul barbad ho cuka hu...aur kuch din se shyatin aur nafs ko mene apne sabse bada dushman man liya hai aur allah ka sukr hai mene ek hafte se porn nahi dekhi please mere liye dua kare allah muje aur takat de gunah se bacne ki aur ye bhi salah de mai kisi psychologist se apna ilaj krau ya sirf toba kafi hai please reply kare

Ye iman ki nishani hai k apko gunah ka ehsas ho. koshish krain k apni namaz ko khubsurat krain. namaz ki duaen yaad krain. r ziada se ziada Quran ki tilawat sunain.. jb ap apne apko mazbut kraingy tw Allah k hukm se buri adat b khatam hojaen gi. Allah apk liye asanian krain r apki tauba qabul farmaen. ameen
