Aleena (apologies if i spelt your name wrong!!)- try crumb coating a cake before the proper frosting layer - the crumb coat seals any loose bit of cake so when you frost it properly, it helps go on smoother (i think!!)! i think watching all those hours of cake boss have paid off!

For the cake do a crumb coat then stick it on the freezer for a bit. Also once you're done using the smoothing tool take a graduated spatula, dip it in water and go over the spots where the frosting "breaks" to smooth it over. Putting the frosting in the freezer in between coats helps a lot.

I've got a fast food shop. We use a paintbrush type brush to brush on the sauces to the grilled chicken. And the brush is black and sometimes it does shed lol but we always quality check our food before it goes out.

great vlog, love your family and how relatable you all are !! masha'Allah Alina may be you already did this or not with your cake, but try crumb coating your cake.i.e. coating your naked cake with a thin layer of frosting and then refrigerating it for godd 4-5 hours, this seals in all the crumbs and after refrigerating you will see that the additional frosting yo add will just glide onto the crumb coat

Everyone celebrates Eid differently. Eid isn't all about food, but you don't need to have desi food for it to be Eid even if you are desi. You eat and make the food you like 🤷 It's about celebrating with family as well which they did..
