- yougurt 3-4 tbs
- ginger garlic paste 1 tbs
- gram flour 2 tbs
- musturd paste 1 tsp
- salt 1/2 tsp
- red chili powder 1 tsp
- termuric powder 1/2 tsp
- black peper 1 tsp
- whole spice powder 1 tsp
- coriander 1/2 tsp
- pinch of food color
- lemon juice 2 tbs
- oil 2 tbs
- chicken 500g
- capsicum and carrot as required
🔷️ Ingredients
- oil 1 cup
- cumin ( sabut zeera ) 1 tbs
- ginger garlic paste ( adrak lehson ) 1 tbs
- patato ( aloo ) 400g
- carrot ( gajar ) 2
- peas ( matar k dany ) 250g
- capsicum ( shimla ) 1 large
- green chili ( sabaz mirch sabut ) 4-5
- water 1.5 liter
- salt ( namak ) 2.5 tbs or as required
- black peper ( kali mirch ) 1.5 tbs
- whole spice powder ( garam masala ) 2 tb-
- chinese salt 1 tbs
- chicken cube 2
- green chili paste ( sabaz mirch ) 1 tbs
- rice 1 kg soaked
🔷️ Ingredients for Raita
- curd 500g
- onion, cucumber, tomatoes as required
- salt ( namak ) 1/2 tsp
- black peper ( kali mirch ) 1/2 tsp
- cumin ( zeera ) 1/2 tsp
🔷️ Ingredients for malai chicken gravy
- chicken 1 kg
- onion 2 medium size
- ginger 2 pieces
- garlic cloves 8-10
- yougurt 400g
- cream 1/2 cup or 100 ml
- black peper 1/2 tbs
- salt 1/2 tbs
- cumin powder 1/2 tbs
- coriander powder 1/2 tbs
- white peper 1 tsp
- green chili paste 1 tbs
- oil as required
- pinch of whole spice powder
