ingredients:
for kabab:
beef mince 500g with 100 gram fat
Salt 1 tsp or to taste
coriander crushed 1 tbsp
cumin crushed 1 tsp
Chilli flakes 1 tsp
Green chili,corainder pste half tbsp
Ghee 1 tbsp
garlic ginger paste half tbsp
onion fried 2-3 tbsp
roasted flour 2 tbsp
for gravy:
oil 1/4 cup
garlic ginger paste half tbsp
Salt 1,1/2 tsp
coriander powder 1/2 tbsp
cumin powder 1 tsp
all spices 1/2 tsp
red chilli flakes 1 tsp
kashmiri red chilli 1/2 tbsp
tomato 2 medium 300g (make paste)
all spices garam masla 1/2 tsp
coriander for garnish
Onion 01
green bell pepper 01
tomatoes without seeds 01
