I am using Ecco Pro 300 but my filter media is customised and I had fitted an Eheim external prefilter to the inlet pipe instead of the strainer.Also fitted the outlet pipe with an air diffuser from Eheim too.

I would also like to add, that these filters I really like... The internal chamber of trays that lock together are reducing bypass, which is good... But I feel that the cylindrical shape misses some extra media storage... If they were square you'd get much more media inside. That aside, I really like this filter (if a little weak in construction of the main chamber and handle attachment area).

@@eheim Is there any way you can manufacture the 12/16 size hoses to black or grey?I also prefer black to green for the hoses. And you might want to think about manufacturing the Ecco Pro to the next bigger capacity after 2236.I might just get it if you really make them in Germany and export them out to Singapore.

Ich würde definitiv ja sagen, aber für so eine geringe Wassermenge reicht auch ein kleinerer Außenfilter!
