super awesome review Daniel....never used any of these....luckily we have lots of friends and family that jump at the chance to come visit our fish if we are on holiday and actually have a few of em that fight over it hahaha....so good for us....but they are awesome and this seems like a great one for sure....excellent demonstration as always sir....later later later later later

Haha, yeah I have a few folk that are happy to help but I trust the Eheim machine more than I trust them to get it right. 🤣🤣 Just kidding mate. I use these on some tanks and have people who offered to help with others like the Pea Puffer tank where dried food isn't ideal. Thanks for saying I did okay with the demonstration and for your support as always.

They're really good Ash. Not cheap but I've tried less expensive options and they really don't cut the mustard. No replacement for friends and family helping you with your fish if you have to go away I guess but a very good back up.

Wow this is really cool, reasonable amount of food every turn. I might still invest in it so fish can be fed twice a day.

Up to four times a day you can set it for mate and one or two spins of the drum each time. You can open the slider up much wider for bigger food too. They're great wee machines bud. kzread.info/dash/bejne/ZKt-mqOhZtaqeso.html

Some are mate, some not so much. I'm all about doing things on a budget, DIY even better but with automatic feeders I definitely feel like you get what you pay for.

Good evening Daniel. How are you Sir? I cannot imagine how exhausting that must have been just to repeat that, I would definitely sleep well after doing that. Coffee sounds good? 😉😂 Great video buddy. I'm sorry you had to go through that. Stay safe and take care. Video got another thumbs up. 👍😊

@@DanielKeepingFish That's good, I'm glad you are well. I know, it can be frustrating when you loose count because you would have to start all over. I am indeed, thank you very much Sir.

@@DanielKeepingFish I might have the original designs it was a few years back and based on 30 compartments that move on the lid and dropped the contents of one compartment at a time ,,,was quite good but never got it to travel right on other types of hood/lid

This experiment is useful, I also have this manger and others from different brands but I prefer not to use them. The problem with rotating feeders is that by decreasing the content, the administration is not regular. Much better are those with horizontal rotation with rondomatic type trays only that have a limited use, they should invent a round one that can be refilled with a dispenser. Very good Daniel and happy new year even if late!

I have one for my main tank and it’s great but I too use micro pellets (Hikari) and on its smallest setting it spits out too much food. I put a bit of tape over the whole to reduce the amount it drops to just the amount I want. Works well like that. 👍🏻

I assume it won't work for oddball fish like puffer fish or anything that needs frozen food.
