Here's another classic track that was played during Uncle Jamm's Army radio show on KDAY in the early 80s. This video is just pure fun. Nice and raw. Recorded live in one take. I wanted to use the TR-08 for the 808 kit, but it wasn't working, so I had to use samples instead. The 808 kit is programmed from the Social Entropy Engine which triggers the samples in the EG Pulse iOS app. The Korg MS-20 mini is used for the first synth part and the Behringer Pro-1 controlled from the Yamaha Reface DX is used for the second synth part. I used the IK Multimedia MixBox CS iOS app for the effects on all the tracks. The amazing Kymatica AUM is used as the virtual mixer as always. He was featured on an early 80s hip hop radio show from Los Angeles that I used to listen to all the time. He's the OG 808 master! All his beats were programmed on the Roland TR-808. He is still making albums to this day. You should check 'em out. Peace \/
