Much simpler than mine. I'm Namibian and love egusi soup. But I will still add pork trotter, tripe and maybe lamb to it since goat meat is expensive here. Will try this one next time.. Just saved your video and by the way this earned you a subscriber.. I'm going to look for white soup on your page but fresh yum is hard to get here.

I can imagine that the taste of the red oil or palm oil will over shadow the taste of every other ingredients.....the oil is a bit much
