Hey Jason! Oh mam it really has. EGO have really surpassed expectations on their new blower. Taken all the things that's beeded improving on the old and encorperated them in the new Model.

Just picked up the older model for cheap. It's a beast! The new one must be crazy powerful... I'm thinking of getting a big 10AH battery and the backpack link to get the run time and help with the weight.

my lb5800e i have to keep pushing the battery in, to make the connection, it slowly got worse over time. every time i use it now i have to keep pushing the battery in.
