i like mine but i have an issue with it, after about 4 or 5 minutes it shuts off and the battery flashes red, i have to wait a few seconds and it starts flashing after about 20 seconds, the battery has plenty of charge left and i also used a different battery and same issue

Oh no. Mine has never done that. Send it back so they can replace it

Thats what warranties are for! If you are still within the 30 day store warranty return it to them otherwise contact EGO customer service.

I think at full turbo, like most people would use it at, you'll probably get no more than 25 minutes of use.

Thanks, dont like the noisey charging....will annoy me
