EGGSPLOSIVE Deep Cleaning Challenge!😱

Hi I’m Aurikatariina and I deep clean my followers' homes for free! ❤️
Today I cleaned this lovely apartment and I found the best thing ever! Not only was the home filled with trashes and grime which I love but I found a packet of ROTTEN eggs!! They smelled awful but I loved them. It was so funny to me. I also ha d a photoshoot in this apartment for a Finnish entrepreneur magazine and I am going to be on the cover! How cool!
I found some lovely grime in the bathroom aswell and some used q-tips that was also a funnt find. I had a little oopsy in the kitchen which you will see later on in the video.
This cleaning took us 2 days and there is timestamps on the video so you can see how these cleanings avtually take place.
Bathroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning, living room cleaning, Organizing, deep cleaning, Washing, before and after pictures, satisfying results.

Auri, I noticed that you very rarely wear a mask. A few years ago, I tried to help my neighbor, who had a similarly terrible mess in her home. Within an hour, I experienced a terrible allergy, my eyes swelled, and I couldn't breathe properly for two months without medication! Please, take care of your health! Constant exposure to such environments can lead to health problems over time. There are many allergens and toxic substances there: dust, dust mites, mold spores, pet dander, cleaning agents - all of these can trigger asthma if you breathe them in regularly! It's really harmful!

I’ve noticed the same, those stove cleaners usually contain sodium hydroxide, which also irritates breathing ways. And especially long time exposure, not talking, only about lungs, what about your livers that filter all that stuff that enters into our bodies? I would love if she incorporated more safety tips within her videos. I love the concept and the motivation she has for cleaning but this in my opinion, it’s extremely important, more than the satisfaction from cleaning itself.

Check out Enro face masks if disposable ones are too uncomfortable to clean in for long periods. They're basically light weight cloth masks with a built-in filter, so obviously they're not going to be as protective as a real N95/KF94 etc, but I believe it's at least as effective as a plain blue surgical mask. But it could add some protection, especially if a house has an odor (which I know you're now completely immune to by now 🤣)

You deserve recognition for what you do. It's not just about the cleaning. It's about highlighting the fact that mess can be directly connected to mental health. People who have been through trauma or suffer from poor mental health should be able to ask for help without all the shame that comes with it. These people are not lazy. They're sick or have been through life changing trauma and you explain it with such empathy. That's why I subscribed. ❤

My best friend with whom I’m moving in with has been severely depressed. She had a rough year if not years and honestly I’m so proud of her for actually still going to work and being a year sober 🎉 Your videos have taught me so much about cleaning and have made me love it so much. I realised that I didn’t know shit about cleaning and frankly this should be taught to us ! Now, the hard part is gonna be maintenance (I have adhd and dyspraxia)… However her place was absolutely filthy and there were all kinds of bugs (red ants, so much moldy food, and clutter) I couldn’t move things without seeing a cloud of dust. The issue is that it wasn’t overt and the more I start cleaning the worst I realised it was… She left for a month to her mom’s house in the country for a very well deserved holiday with her cat (which also must have not helped her ability to clean amongst the massive undertaking it is) and I am absolutely terrified of her reaction when she comes back … I had to throw away so much stuff because it was infested, although I did try to save as much as I could (which is still a lot) my heart completely breaks that this is how she has been living and if she even realises it. She knows far more than me about cleaning and hygiene rules so I’m really worried and don’t know if I’m doing the right thing. I’m not touching her room or her closet (even though there are crumbs and old food in her room that probably attracts red ants that bite me at night). At the same time, I know that a lot of the stuff are a comfort for her and this will feel like I’m invading her space … 😢 would anyone have advice? She’s my heart and I don’t have money right now so she’s paying the rent for both of us until I find a job. Which I can’t do until I have a place that is livable (also she would have paid the rent alone for the entire flat because she would have had to search for a roommate and I don’t think anyone would have lived there …) I fear she may be in denial about it and that’s fair but how do I tell her without making her feel judged ? I myself don’t really have a stable life and was hoping for this to be my real stable home and I’m terrified that this is not it and I will have to move out once more … I also feel so much guilt because my mom is living in way worse conditions but I haven’t done this for her (she tried to kill me bc bipolar but refuses therapy) … I don’t owe her anything but the guilt is still there … I’m not done with the flat yet but I’ve done the heavy lifting that the kitchen and bathroom required ! I washed every wall and cabinets (under, over, I took out everything piece by piece), my friends come sometimes for support but I weirdly am learning a lot and enjoy the result and it’s mainly thanks to all of you.

@@callous99 thank you for your kind words. I finished cleaning ! I still haven’t put back anything into the kitchen because of the red ants and I wanted to check if we could call on an exterminator so all the dishes (it’s a lot she’s a professional baker) are in the living room on shelves. But I washed walls many times and every little cabinet and fridge and sink etc There is still her room that needs cleaning but she hates people touching her stuff (understandable, my mom used to go through my things a lot). I’m with her family in the countryside at her mother’s house. She’s taking really good care of her mother and adopted a new kitten that was abandoned and only 2 weeks old so the cleaning and kitten proofing the flat is absolutely necessary. I think it’s easier for her to deal with other people’s problems than her own, I’m clearly the same so we’ll support each other and do it together :) I don’t think she still realised how bad it was and is very much in denial about it but I’ll try to have a talk with her about it. On the whole, we’re gonna be fine :) and it’s definitely thanks to you! This community’s wholesome view on this (and wonderful cleaning lessons) have been a salvation. So truly Thank you 🙏 I wish I could put the pictures because it’s amazing ! The transformation is night and day. My friends are aghast and very surprised that I did knowing that I have been quite messy (and dyspraxic with ADHD) I think I was just never taught how to clean, this was an education. Thank you

You can be so proud of you, for cleaning everything yourself!! So great to read. I get that, sometimes we want to forget our own flaws and problems, by helping other people. It's great, that you two support each other that way. It's so much worth, when you know, that you're not alone. It's great, that you talk about it with her, sometimes some people just need a bit more time to accept changes. You're a very good friend to her. And congratulations on the new kitty, how cute!!!
