Sonic after the sequel moment

This feels like one of those "for fun games" and is one of the best out there. The game plays great with both the bosses and inbetween sections. The bosses are all great each in their own right with my favorites being what I just call the Heli-Claw (thing you fight after freeing Tails) and the Gravi-Egg (the machine with the 7 Chaos Emeralds). There were a lot of moments I found hilariously awesome "JOIN ME SONIC AND I"LL MAKE YOUR FACE THE GREATEST IN ROBOTNIKLAND OR ELSE YOU WILL D I E". Concerning the ending with Sonic and Tails kissing, I don't really care about it. Doesn't matter if they're supposed to be gay, if Tails is female, if it's meant as non-creepy father and son relationship, or if they're saying "Hi" Italian style. I don't care. Over all an awesome which I feel more people should play.

This game is wonderful, and pulls off a darker sonic world without being obnoxiously edgy. The only problem is that the game does not take itself seriously some of the time, usually killing off all the darkness and tension. Revised: that's what makes it great

This game is like a shroom trip lol... It starts off strong and then gets more oddly quiet at the end. Everything feels so spaced out too, with a grim atmosphere. Short game but very deep, like that ending was so bizarre, Eggman trying to tear a fabric in space time but it backfires. Lol very anticlimatic, but that was such a neat charm. And then it just Sonic & Tails in the rain in the middle of nowhere. Really nice atmosphere I'll say

A rather interesting Fan-Made game. I kinda like it, the bossfights were pretty cool and game art was done well. Also, the animation was pretty funny and 'GOD EGGMAN' was very cool and funny. Even though this game has a scene (36:30) that might make some people uncomfortable, I don't mind it much. Awesome game. :) *claps* 👏

I really like how you can run on any wall by landing on it midair in this game. That’s something unique that I haven’t seen in any other sonic fan game. It’s also strange to see a sonic game where you fall off a slope if it goes down to sharply where as in every other one you just stick to the floor if you’re going fast enough.

It's honestly a lot better than most fan games I've seen for sonic. Quite well done on the bosses standpoint as well. Really felt awesome with the music working really well for each boss.

Alright yeah, literally the only thing that even raised my eyebrow was the kiss at the end lmao. But like, I was expecting some entirely goofy ass shit from the title alone so to have gotten the incredibly competent project that this was is incredible. 10/10 lol, the real Sonic 4.

2 things here 1. Creator thought Tails was a girl. Lol, chill. Even if this was meant to be gay.. no.. Sonic and Tails are basically family, and the age gap would also make this weird. Tails isn't a girl or gay, that being said, Sonic is basically a nomad, and most likely wouldn't settle for a relationship, he is meant to not be shipped with anyone, ESPECIALLY Tails. Pls stop. 2. While some sprites used for the stages clearly where made with the simple stage bulding of the engine (just a single color with some grass on top of it, but it just feels so creative and fluid. I was also very surprised with how mature this fan game actually is (well, if you can call super eggman a serious boss choice)

That Super Sonic boss battle music was awesome.

Okay, so time to give my opinion of this game. If you don’t want to read it in detail, just scroll to the bottom of the comment. In all honesty, it was a weird one. The story, and weird partly 3D cutscenes, mixed with that epic, parkour-esc gameplay just....don’t fit. I actually feel the game would be a bit better if it didn’t try to be a Sonic fan game, and instead tried to be it’s own thing. Again, I also feel that removing the out-of-place memes would really help the story feel more solid. Also, I feel that the opening cutscene really wasn’t necessary. You could play through the game without seeing it, and it would be the exact same experience. It holds no real importance to the story. Now time to talk (in detail) about the gameplay. It was solid! It had Sonic speeding quickly across the landscape, and the game almost feels like one big open-world. It’s a nice touch! Again though, not entirely fitting for Sonic. The parkour was great too. I liked the concept of Sonic running on walls and jumping off them in a more natural way (unlike Lost World), although it felt a little weird sometimes considering how slowly he runs on them compared to how quickly he speeds across a flat landscape. Maybe something more similar to the scratch Genisis engine would have been better. I would also like to talk about the presentation. I didn’t notice this at first, but a lot of segments of the game have Sonic running downward. Watch the video again, and you’ll see what I mean. Then there’s the boss battles. Why so many? Sure, there were a few platforming segments here and there, but I feel like the game is pretty much one big boss rush. Not that there’s anything wrong with those types of games, but it would have been nice to just run around, dash up walls, and experiment with the parkour-esc physics. Also on the topic of bosses, they were intense! The designs were really creative and intimidating, and at times the games atmosphere would shift entirely from the freedom of speeding across the open landscape, to something completely different and intense. The creator really manages to convey a sense of danger and importance in these fights. Oh yeah, I suppose my opinion wouldn’t be complete if I didn’t talk about the graphics. Some would say they’re pretty poor, and as I pointed out, the cutscenes feel very strange....but the game itself actually looks really nice! It feels like the entire thing is one big flash animation, kinda like something you’d find on Newgrounds. Personally, I think this art style also compliments the gameplay really well. Overall, what do I think of the game? It’s a weird one for sure, but overall pretty good! I feel like this game would work a lot better if it focused less on the boss battles, took out the random memes, and tried to be it’s own thing. I feel like the general concept shows a lot of promise, if only it didn’t have the whole Sonic theme. I really feel like it’s holding the game back. But whoever made this game, great job! You’ve managed to create something I won’t forget in a hurry. As for the ending, I won’t be talking about that. I know that technically makes my review incomplete, but I’d rather not get wrapped up in that kind of discussion. If I had to rate the game, I’d probably give it 3 stars out of 5. I feel a few areas could have been improved, but overall, the physics are on point, and I’d say it’s a game worth your time. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Part of me wants to assume that the person who made this was a little kid that thought Tails was a girl, but that doesn't make sense since the game was relatively well-made in terms of gameplay. Another possibility is that they actually intended for a gay kiss, which is honestly far more bearable than the kiss of 06.
