I tried this today.. replaced maida with atta. And also added 1 tablespoon of cocoa... It turned out really good ..very crispy.. thanks for the perfect proportions

This is an old dish of the malabaries .It is called pola . We don't need a waffle maker. We make it in a pan .In olden days we make it in a tin pan on a woodfurnace. Only names r different . We make different polas both veg,and nonveg .Thanks for this new easy method

I had the exact same waffle maker, I used the same recipe it truly turned out to be very delicious! It was just that I didn't get the golden brown colour I expected but really loved it! 💗

Increase the time of cooking.. it will turn Holden brown.. ignore the green light… bake it as you like

suggestion: add vanilla extract when adding milk. makes the waffles a lot more flavorful.
